GOST 22483 Standard 0.66 kV VVGng-LS VVGEng-LS VBShvng-LS low smoke copper pvc power cable

Application
The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary electric installations on alternating voltage 0,66; 1 and 3 kV and frequency 50 Hz or direct voltage 1; 1,5 and 4,5 kV correspondingly.
The cables are manufactured for general industrial application and nuclear power stations. The cables do not spread combustion at group installation.

Construction

1.Conductor Copper or aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire core, of circular or sector-shaped form, of the 1 or 2 class according to GOST 22483 with the cross-section from 1,5 up to 1000 mm².

2.Insulation PVC-compound of low fire hazard (color coded conductor).

3.Core arrangement Insulated conductors of 2, 3, 4 and 5 core cables twisted in cable core.

4.Inner sheath PVC-compound of low fire hazard. It is made with the filling of outer gaps between

5.Screen For cables of types VVGEng(A)-LS is made of copper tapes or copper wires and helicon taping with a copper tape.

6. Cable armoring For cables of types VBShvng(A)-LS is laid with two steel, galvanized tapes.

7.Cable sheath PVC-compound of low fire hazard. Reduction of light permeability in the test chamber during smoke formation in conditions of burning and smoldering of the cables.
