Application : Instrumentation cables are designed to carry communication and control signals in a variety of installation
types including those found in the petrochemical industry
Pairs : 1-61 pairs
Standard : IEC 60228 or BS 6360
Conductor : Stranded copper conductor
Insulation : PE/XLPE/PVC
Armoring: SWA/STA/Galvanized steel wire or others
Sheath: PVC(polyvinyl chioride)
in electrical contact with a tinned annealed copper drain wire 0.5mm2
Individual screening: each pairs screened with aluminum/mytar tape, helically applied with the metallic side down in
electrical contact with a tinned annealed copper drain wire 0.5mm2
Cabling: twisted pairs are laid up together, if necessary filled with non-hygroscopic material compatible with the insulation.
