Ghost Standard KVVG KVVGE Series Control Cable

 

Application

The cables are designed for fixed connection to electrical devices and equipment to assemblies of clamps of electrical switch gear with the nominal alternating voltage up to 660V of frequency up to 100 Hz or direct voltage up to 1000V.

The cables of type KVVG are used for installation in the premises, conduits, tunnels, in conditions of aggressive environment, in the absence of mechanical effects on cable.

The cables of type KVVGE are used for installation in the premises, conduits, tunnels, in the absence of mechanical effects on cable, in conditions of aggressive environment and when it is necessary to protect the electric chains against influence of external electric fields.

The cables of type KVBbShv are used for installation in the premises, conduits, tunnels, in conditions of aggressive environment and in areas exposed to stray currents, if the cable was not subjected to significant tensile force.

The cables of type KVVGz are used for installations requiring seal cables when entering.

Construction
Conductor Copper, single-wire, of the 1 class according to GOST 22483, with the cross-section from 0.75 to 6 mm².

Insulation PVC-compound.

Core arrangement From 4 to 61 insulated conductors. The insulated conductors are twisted, there is a marker pair in each layer.

Separating layer PVC-compound or a layer with the PET tape.Screen for cables of types KVVGE Foiled alumoflex with the contact conductor with a copper, galvanized wire.

Cable armoring For cables of types KVBbShv is laid helically with two steel, galvanized tapes.

Over sheath or jacket PVC-compound.
